Key Responsibilities
Legal Advisory and Corporate Governance
- Provide strategic legal support and guidance on a broad spectrum of topics, including group structuring, corporate governance, contractual agreements, internal policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Review and negotiate legal documents, including license agreements, partnership and service provider contracts, work contracts, and corporate documentation.
